Study On Integrated Development Of Rail Transportation Based On Industrial Innovation

Rail transit construction in China is developing rapidly, which provides the opportunity for the integrated development of rail transportation. But at present, back strength of the integrated development is still insufficient. The construction and operation of rail transportation is still in a serious loss. Therefore, as designers, I hope to study and solve this problem from the angle of city planning and architecting. The development of new industries has brought positive impacts to cities, rail transportation and complex buildings. So the main point of the paper is the integration of industrial innovation and integrated development of rail transportation, for the purpose of improving the status of the losses of rail transit’s construction and operation.This paper is divided into five parts:First, introduce primary research of rail transportation and industry. Then, clarify the significance and content of the article. Second, study the status and characteristics of integrated development. And classify the spaces of complex buildings. Then analyze that which kind of industry is fit for the space. Third, analyze the economic characteristics and spatial patterns of industries. Then discuss the possibility of combining new industry and rail transportation. Fourth, talk about the combination of new industry and integrated development of rail transportation in three aspects, which are the choice of location, the experience of space and the changes of industry. Fifth, the author conducted investigation and research on the spot and made analysis of the case.Through the five aspects of research analysis above, the aim of the article is to explore the possibility and the design of combining new industries and integrated development. And put forward some constructive suggestions at last.
