Due to the impact of location andeconomic,the towns development slowly. the theory of public space design islimited relatively.Relative to the large and medium-sized city, there have beena lot of construction of public space planning theory.However, as a theoreticalstudy on the design of public space in Jinzhong Zuoquan county and TaiguCounty, is less and less. And the design theory of the big city is notreasonable for small-and-medium cities.Public space design plays a very important role in the development of thecity. From the professional visual angleof designer, table the reasonable recommendations about the design of publicspace which existence problem of small towns in Jinzhong area. And summarizedthestatus in Jinzhong county and other public space.The fifth chapter through the research on the design of publicspace planning of small towns in Jinzhong area, putting forward public spaceplanning and design strategy and management suggestions of small towns.The last is summarizes. This paper summarizes the research contentand evaluation comprehensivly.Finally, through the Zuoquan County and Taigu County Public space andlandscape design case studies, summarized for small urban public space andlandscape planning and construction methods.
