The Feature Planning Control Of Chaohu Small Town Based On The Urban And Rural Cultural Heritage

Now, in the construction of cities and towns, the small towns have become increasingly prominent, the essence of which is the lack of construction contradictory convergence and style runaway brought anxiety and self-identity and cultural force. How to reflect the style characteristics of small towns, in line with the needs of the current era of small towns is the core issue of development of small towns.This paper highlight the basis of urban and rural cultural inheritance background. By analyzing the current situation of landscape resources in Chaohu, we want to explore the controlling method of region characteristics to formulated features of small towns planning control scheme of the overall situation and long-term, instructive influence for Chaohu area, for the next step in the construction of small towns landscape to provide reasonable basis and guidance. The main results were as follows:Paper is divided into three parts. The first part is introduction, mainly introducing the research background and main content and pointing out the purpose of this study and the significance and research methods. Through on-the-spot investigation, the methods of literature reading, we can understand the current style control planning of small towns at home and abroad, the present situation and future development trend to know the current landscape of small towns and the lack of control in terms of reference.The second part is the review and analysis, including the second chapter, the third chapter and chapter 4 which mainly define the concept and connotation of small town landscape and card the intrinsic relationships between urban-rural culture and landscape of small towns, and then conduct a preliminary analysis on resources, the relationship between urban-rural culture and style of the small towns, and the cognitive style and features of small towns, analysis to extract the landscape elements. Finally based on the theory of cultural heritage to perfect framework.The third part made up of chapter 5, chapter 6 and chapter 7 is the research and application.. The content is to explore planning of small towns control methods, based on the urban-rural cultural heritage landscape and to further confirm the rationality and the maneuverability of the method. From the typical small towns around Chaohu, we will do instance analysis, look forward to the following prospects of the research, evaluate the feasibility and value of the paper strategy research, find out the shortage of research and finally draw a conclusion.
