| Because of the decreasing increment of construction land,the residents' strongly eager to improve living environment of the old city and the superimposed influence of the renovation work of shanty towns,from 2017,Wuhu County carried out a New round of urban renewal."Eco-remediation and urban repair"(hereinafter referred to as "urban double-repair")is a policy proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the basis of summarizing the experiences and lessons learned from the development of urbanization in China since the reform and opening up.In 2015,Sanya City was listed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as the first pilot city for “urban double-repair”,emphasizing the problems and goals as the orientation of the old city.Therefore,in order to comprehensively analyze the strategy of urban renewal in the old city,the thesis is based on the theory of “urban double-repair”.First,the thesis studies the significance of urban renewal for urban development,clarifies that urban renewal is an inevitable trend of urban development,and defines the scope of urban renewal research.Secend,the thesis studies the latest theoretical results related to urban renewal,reviews the history of urban renewal development domesticly and overseas,and also integrates urban renewal cases in Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province,in-depth analysis of urban renewal strategies in other cities in China.Thirdly,the thesis focuses on the theory of " urban double-repair ".It divides the "urban double-repair" theory in three levels and refines the " urban double-repair " into every executable and determinable analysis factor for the analysis of existing problems in the old urban are.At last,Based on the problems existing in the urban construction of the old town of the county,the dissertation discusses the renewal strategy of the old city in detail based on the management level and transformation level of the urban renewal. |
