Rapid urbanization has led to the renewal and reconstruction of a large number of rural and historical urban areas.Today’s urban and rural space construction focuses on material renewal.Similar modernization and globalization construction concepts have led to the loss of regional culture.The proble m of regional identification loss is widespread,rather than The space carrier and social foundation of material cultural heritage are also constantly being destroyed.In addition to the intangible cultural heritage,the factors affecting the inheritance of it includs national policy background,cultural value orientation,and public cognition level.Therefore,the dilemma encountered by the intangible cultural heritage in the modernization inheritance needs to be multi-faceted in addition to the protection work under the supervision of the cultural department,and carry out modernization and dynamic development under the premise of maintaining the authenticity and regionality of the heritage.The existing urban and rural planning will gradually change from a spatial planning that emphasizes material renewal to a human consideration,providing a multi-choice one,and the application of intangible cultural heritage resources is one of the choices.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part: Mainly introduces the research background,research purposes,theoretical and practical significance of the research,and the several methods used to expand the theory and examples,and formulate the technical route of the research and the innovation of the expected paper.The second part: Interpret the related concepts of intangible cultural heritage and regional identification,and summarizes the research status and basic direction of China and foreign countries.The two developments of Hongze Lake Fishery Culture and Ecological Protection Zone and Nikko Edo Village,Japan were introduced.The third part: Combing the application of intangible cultural heritage in various urban and rural planning,and discovering the spatial problems existing in it;analyzing the intangible cultural heritage to provide resources for urban and rural planning,urban and rural planning for intangible cultural heritage Guarantee this interrelationship and the application principles of intangible cultural heritage resources in urban and rural planning.The fourth part: Taking the application practice of Changsha intangible cultural heritage resources in urban and rural planning as an example.From the overall construction of Changsha historical and cultural city and Xiangjiang ancient town group,we will carry out research on how to construct urban and rural spaces with regional identification.Put forward the application of “multi-level” planning management and control model innovation,“thematic” planning space construction and specific cultural space loading and public transportation infrastructure construction to promote the active application of intangible cultural heritage in urban and rural planning,and better integrate into modern daily life.The fifth part: Summarizes the main research results of this paper,analyzes the shortcomings of the existing research and the supplement and development direction of further research in the future.
