Research On Renovation Mode And Benefit Evaluation Of Hollow Village In Hangjiahu

The rural population, economy and morphology have been changed with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, resulting in many hollow villages. The hollow villages cause the waste of land resources and the damage of village appearance. It’s also harmful for the production, living and social stability. Based on the push-pull theory, life cycle theory, growth pole theory, optimal land theory and integration rural theory, and the methods of theoretical approach, survey research, case analysis, interdisciplinary, quantitative analysis and comparative analysis, the renovation mode and benefit evaluation of hollow village in Hangjiahu are researched.The field force, cohesion force, discrete force and the influence factors of hollow village in Hangjiahu are linked through the analysis of force system. According to the analysis of force system, the renovation mode of hollow village is divided into field force repair mode, cohesion force enhance mode and discrete force evolution mode. The cohesion force enhance mode contains two forms of modern agriculture and rural tourism. The discrete force evolution mode contains two forms of urbanization and centralization. The five typical villages in Hangjiahu are studied as cases, for explaining the renovation mode.The factors of benefit evaluation on hollow village renovation in Hangjiahu are determined by the methods of expert consultation, frequency statistics and theoretical analysis. Following the principle of scientific, systemic, hierarchy, progressiveness, regional and operability, the index system of benefit evaluation on hollow village renovation is determined by analytic hierarchy processs. The four criteria and thirteen indicators are selected on the factors above. The factors are paraphrased. The index weights of benefit evaluation on hollow village renovation are determined. The model of benefit evaluation on hollow village renovation is built. The results are analyzed through longitudinal comparison, horizontal comparison and comprehensive comparison on the evaluation of the five typical villages. The benefits’ ranking of villages, the villages’ ranking of benefits, the relationship between renovation mode and benefits can be known.The problems of hollow village after being renovated are revealed through the content of renovation modes and the results of benefit evaluation. It’s difficult to become nonfarm employment, lack of postmaintenance on village and intensive use on public facilities resources. Based on the analysis of problems, many targeted measures are put forwarded, to strengthen employment training and encourage entrepreneurship, propaganda protection concept and strengthen long-term supervision, control land use and improve use of facilities.
