Study On Village Renovation Mode Of Changshu

Changshu is a economically developed county-level city. These years Changshu has actively worked to improve the rural environment and the formers’living standards, and it is now in the forefront of Jiangsu in terms of the rural-urban integration,as well as in the whole China. The village renovation is one of the important tasks of the new rural construction. To study the mode of village renovation in Changshu, is conducive to know the modes and characteristics of village renovation in economically developed areas in China,and to guide the work of village renovation.This essay, baesd on the theories of village renovation home and abroad, discusses the principals, contents, standards and important points of village renovation and gives a thought on the basic problems of organization form and influence factors of village renovation. By improving rural living environment and rural infrastructure conditions, village renovation can promote the development of rural economy, to achieve the purpose of improving farmers’living standards and building a new rural.Under the background of the whole present situation of Changshu’s villages, this essay analyzes the current situation and problems of Changshu’s village renovation. Combined the basic researches of village renovation, on both sides of participants and objects of village renovation, the author classifies Changshu’s village renovation modes from two different angles:the dominant force of renovation and the economic type of villages. From the former angle, combining involved force and operational mechanisms, the renovation can be put into three categories:the mode of the government leading, the mode of the village collective leadership, the mode of the village enterprise cooperation; from the latter angle, based on village economic situation and industrial development characteristics, the renovation can be put into other three categories:the mode of agricultural villages’ renovation, the mode of industrial villages’ renovation, the mode of tourism type villages’ renovation. Through these mode studies, the essay analyzes different modes’ characters, summaries experience on successful examples, discovers existing shortcomings and comes up with optimizing suggestion. With all these above researches, the author explores the effects, as well as inadequacy, of cases of village renovation, puts forward better solutions and perfects mode researches of village renovation. In the end, the major research achievement and innovation points will be presented, together with the author’s thinking on problems and imperfectness of this research.
