| Now, the heavy use of fossil energy is the primary cause of energy depletion and serious environmental pollution. To solve resource and environmental issues, people continue to explore and develop new energy source. Solar energy is a kind of large volume,wide distribution,secure and clean energy. It’s also used for a long time. In this process, the solar power generation technology is being actively researched and developed. The drawbacks of solar energy are weak intensity, successive differences and instability which give rise to the low rate of resource utilization and output power instability. In this paper, a photovoltaic panel with automatic tracking and remote monitoring system is designed to improve the utilization of solar energy resources.The system is divided into two parts:hardware and software. The hardware part consists of data acquisition module, controller module and power supply module. The data acquisition module is integrated with the position of the sun, light intensity, temperature sensor. The controller module consists of a MCU unit, display unit and a GPRS communication unit. The power supply module is composed of lithium battery management unit and a+3V,5V switching regulator unit. In this paper the software part includes host computer server program and lower machine program. And develop procedures to monitor server status photovoltaic panels based on the amount of TCP protocol in the Lab/CVI environment. Transplant μC/OS and μC/GUI to STM32F103ZET6 to construct client application framework. In this framework, to develop the data sampling, automatic tracking, TCP communication algorithm constitutes the lower position machine procedure. The realization functions of this system are twofold. On the one hand, under the action of photoelectric type sun position sensor and the successive approximation algorithm, the real-time adjustment of power seat can reduce the sun light incidence angle to the minimum base towards the sun light incidence angle is reduced to a minimum to achieve automatic tracking function. On the other hand, based on the TCP protocol the upper machine and lower machine interchange data to achieve the monitoring function.The actual operation data show:Under this system the photovoltaic cell can keep track of the light source and the light irradiate the surface vertically. The power generation gained 21 percent. Through the PC server program, the system can monitor the current, voltage, temperature and other parameters, and remotely adjust the orientation of the photovoltaic cell. |
