With the rapid development of the global economy,the global energy market has ushered in the transition phase of diversified energy structure and low-carbon development to meet the increasing energy consumption demand of mankind.Oil and coal lead the fossil energy will continue to occupy the energy market dominance,solar and wind power clean energy heavily promoted by the governments,its energy market share gradually expanding.As a clean and sustainable new energy source,solar energy has low utilization rate and high cost,resulting in the development of the field has not yet reached the expected target,and research in the field of solar energy tracking can provide a better solution for this.Based on the research achievements in the field of solar tracking,this topic is designed and developed by innovation from two-axis tracking mechanism,automatic trajectory tracking control system with off-grid photovoltaic power generation system consisting of biaxial automatic tracking the photovoltaic power generation equipment,stationary,single axis tracking and two-axis tracking the contrast experiment and analysis of three kinds of power generation mode.Specific work is as follows:(1)A large number of related research literatures,analysis and summary of existing track mechanical structure and the pros and cons of automatic tracking control method,to determine this topic research and biaxial overall design scheme of automatic tracking the photovoltaic power generation equipment and related technical parameters.(2)Considering the transmission and detection,innovative design two-axis tracking mechanism.Application Creo 3D modeling software,respectively for azimuth transmission and detection,the transmission and detection Angle,pillar support components such as three dimensional modeling design and the whole machine assembly.ANSYS finite element analysis software to analysis of statics and ability to resist the wind machine,according to the analysis results to optimize design,ensure the safety and reliability.(3)Based on visual,trajectory tracking algorithm and the structure characteristics of this topic two-axis tracking mechanism,the design of automatic tracking control system.System program adopts the modular and synchronous control,the design method of PLC as the control unit to write the program,depending on the day trajectory tracking subprogram,information acquisition subroutine and human-computer interaction module,and complete the system hardware selection.(4)Through the theoretical calculation and Meteonorm,PVsyst software support,configuration conforms to the requirements of off-grid photovoltaic power generation system.The system consists of PV matrix capacity of 1.8 kW,battery capacity of 24 V/200 ah,inverter for DC24VAC220V/4 kW,solar controller is 24 v/a 60 with MPPT function of hardware and reasonable configuration.(5)Based on the development of automatic tracking the biaxial photovoltaic power generation equipment,stationary,uniaxial and biaxial tracking three models contrast experiment and the analysis of power generation efficiency,and establish the analysis model for economic tipping point.Contrast experiment and the benefit analysis results show that the equipment life cycle under the same conditions,the two-axis tracking compared with single axis tracking,stationary,receive solar radiation value increased by about 13.41%and 13.41%respectively;Power generation efficiency increased by about 9.27%and 9.27%respectively;Investment income increased by about 8.7%and 8.7%,respectively.The economic critical point is as follows:the number of case(T)<5 select fixed,5<T<9 select single-axis tracking,T>9 select dual-axis tracking.This topic research of biaxial automatic tracking the photovoltaic power generation equipment comply with the design requirements,work stable and reliable,low energy consumption and high efficiency of tracking of the systems.Comparing the uniaxial tracking and stationary power generation efficiency,economy and energy conservation and environmental protection benefit,to promote the development of photovoltaic industry has a certain reference value.
