Because of the intermittency and instability of sunlight,the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation has been at a low level.Therefore,how to maximize the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system has been a hot topic in the field of solar energy utilization.In this paper,a biaxial automatic tracking and monitoring system for photovoltaic power generation is designed through the following aspects of work,which effectively improves the power of photovoltaic power generation.Firstly,the overall design of the biaxial automatic tracking and monitoring system is proposed.The whole system is divided into automatic tracking system and monitoring system.The dual-axis automatic tracking system uses PLC as the main controller and dual-axis photoelectric tracking system.The monitoring system takes king view as the platform to build the overall structure of the monitoring system composed of equipment layer,control layer and management layer.Secondly,the hardware and software of the two systems are designed successively according to the overall design scheme.In the hardware design,the tracking part of the hardware design of mechanical tracking mechanism,deflection motor control circuit,solar azimuth detection circuit,PLC control circuit,etc.The hardware of the monitoring system includes temperature measurement circuit,voltage/current measurement circuit,light intensity detection circuit,wind speed measurement circuit and EM231 module control circuit.In the software design part,in the biaxial automatic tracking system,the data collected by the light sensor is processed through the program design,and then the tracking mechanism is driven to track,realizing the functions of each hardware module.In the design of the monitoring system,the driver is designed through the configuration king,the database is established to define the hardware equipment,the graphics configuration is designed,the data transmission between the upper computer and the lower computer is realized,and the related data is processed.Finally set the contrast test,measurement,respectively adopt fixed installation method and way of two-axis tracking of photovoltaic panels under the same conditions of generating capacity,the experimental results showed that adopt two-axis tracking means the output of more than 30% higher than that of fixed installations,this paper design the two-axis tracking of photovoltaic power generation system can effectively improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system power generation.The interface test of the upper computer shows that the monitoring system can accurately collect the data of the photovoltaic power generation system,and the upper computer can remotely control the dual-axis automatic tracking system.Figure [34] Table [5] Reference [50]...
