Research On Quality Management Of 220kV Jize Substation Construction Projects

With the development of China, quality management has been valued by all walks of life. Power industry is the pillar industry of national economy, construction project quality management level related to power industry directly related to national energy security, but also to people’s production and living.Substation as transmission and distribution hub, plays a decisive role in the power system.Therefore, the construction of the substation construction projects should be emphasis on quality management, establish quality management systems, improve the level of quality management, to ensure the operation of the substation construction projects.At present, the substation construction project quality management lack of theory studies and scientific theoretical guidance, substation construction project quality management studies become an important issue to be solved.This article refers to a large amount of related literature at home and abroad, analyzes the research status of it and studies the basic theory.In this paper, we analyzed the main influnce factors and characteristics of the substation construction project quality management.Taking the 220 kV Jize substation as the object,we analyzed the project overview,the scale of construction and the characteristics of it,conducted an in-depth analysis, analyzed the quality planning, quality control and quality assurance of 220 kV Jize substation construction project quality management comprehensively.we build the appraisal model of the substation construction project quality management to make comprehensive evaluation of 220 kV Jize substation. Through analysis of the evaluation results we found the problems of 220 kV Jize substation construction project quality management and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.In this paper,we made a useful exploration for the substation construction project quality management,enriched the theoretical study of transformer substation construction project quality management,has a certain significance for further study of substation construction project quality management and enhance of other substation construction project quality management.
