Currently, many of our cities wiring distribution network used mainly in overhead radiant, more segmented single contact, multi-segmented moderate contact, cable mono-and bicyclic based.Power distribution network reliability index levels compared with Japan, France, Singapore and other developed countries, there is still a wide gap.Singapore ring run distribution network, the system short-circuit current high level, and the secondary substation protection configuration is more complex, not suitable for the development direction of China’s distribution grid;Paris distribution network with high reliability equipment redundancy rely mainly on sound and strong grid structure to achieve, in line with the long-term development direction of China’s distribution network. Around the distribution network reliability goals, combined with the development requirements of the distribution network in different regions, the proposed wiring suitable for our distribution network, reaching the level of the distribution network in Singapore, France and other developed countries.Paper selected Ningbo as a typical urban core area, combined with typical power mode decomposition near vision convergence project, proposed principles used equipment selection, lead selection, reactive power compensation, protection, distribution automation mode, communication networks, etc. the general level of planning reliability calculation year under boundary conditions.
