The Application And Research Of Distribution Automation System In Power Grid Of Small Towns

With the continuous development of our country,more and more small towns are developing towards to urbanization.Although,in recent years,the construction investment funds of distribution network has increased year by year,which contributes to the leaping development of distribution network.However,due to the rapid development of small towns,most small towns still have the problems of poor equipment and low power quality.Because of the high complexity of the distribution network of small towns,it is difficult to meet the increasing demand if we continue to use the old distribution network management.Therefore,the construction of distribution automation system in small towns is the only way to develop distribution network in small town.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the distribution network in small towns,and expounds the necessity of the reform of distribution automation.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of small town distribution network,this paper expounds the methods of improving the reliability of power supply,and puts forward the requirements and goals of the distribution network reconstruction combining with an example.Based on an example of small town distribution network,the distribution automation mode of small town is determined,besides,the design principles of master station system,communication system,as well as the selection and configuration of distribution terminal are given.Combined with the example of the small town distribution network reform,the overall scheme of the automation of distribution network is established;According to the requirements of the distribution automation system,the transformation scheme of the primary equipment and line is given;At the same time,the design scheme of the master station,communication system and terminal is given.This paper analyzes the practical problems of the distribution automation reform scheme in small towns.It expounds significance of infrared contact temperature detection,and the distribution terminal FTU containing infrared contact temperature detection is designed,the design contains the hardware circuit design,and the power supply system based on solar energy and TV;The selection of the type of feeder automation system is given according to the practical application case;The simulation model of the feeder automation system based on example is built,and the correctness of the isolated fault location based on FTU feeder is verified;Presents the composition of the user prepayment system based on smart meter.Finally,the reliability of the reconstruction of small town power distribution is assessed based on the reliability model of the power element and the weather and other factors.
