According to the actual situation of power distribution network of Xinyu city, under the constraint of certain conditions, this article has put forward a data model for various equipment parameters. Optimal efficiency can be achieved by this model, which calculates with related algorithm and takes the status quo of Xinyu city into consideration.In light of the current situation which is featured by cross distribution, overload, uneven distribution of load, in line with the planning guidelines of “districts and regions to be connected and integrated orderly” and by the guidance of the general principle of power grid construction “distribution network to be constructed by linking selected points at different areas and further regional power supply to be developed therewith ”, the purpose is to distribute the load rationally, to integrate interval resources, to improve existing assets utilization efficiency of power grid so as to achieve the maximum assets benefits. The overall power distribution network structure and transformer system shall be taken into the design for planning further channels and site locations. Meanwhile, by incorporating power distribution automation into the general power distribution plan, the needs of power distribution automation will be met. Typical connection has been adopted for the construction and upgrading of power distribution network plan in this article; great importance to be attached to the transition and linking from existing network framework to target framework, in this way repeated construction and over investment shall be avoided.
