However, electricity-theft problem become more and more serious with the development of society and increased demand for electricity.lt not only hampers the development of power enterprises, but also interferes with the normal electricity supply order. At present, stealing behavior showing more intelligent and professional characteristics. Lack of real-time monitoring, energy metering devices often unable to obtain evidence while inspecting.Tthey can’t even act in time to stop stealing. How to achieve real-time electricity monitoring and alarming the administrator after an exception is an important issue placed in front of the power sector.This thesis researchproblems and difficulties the current anti-theft.Design of a box transformer substation controller for electricity-theft prevention is built according to the characteristics of box transformer substation. Which use dsPIC33 and MCP3909 for real-time monitoring and GPRS for remote information transmission. Stealing behavior is monitored by three line of defense. When received alarm information the administrators it can cut off the power to stop the stealing behavior promptly. According to actual situation, function of power failure alarm in 10KV side, mobile phone locking and user’ remaining power management are added in it. With features of precise, reliable and convenient to upgrade to meet the various needs.This controller can put an end to electricity-theft. The design principle of electricity-theft prevention is analyzed in this thesis. Design of the system were introduced in detail. After commissioning and actual using, controller for electricity-theft prevention is proved meeting the design requirements. |
