The power industry has been rapidly development with the advancement of science and technology.Electric energy has become more and more indispensable in people’s lives and has become the most widely used energy source in today’s society.For many large-scale electricity users,with the increase of their power consumption,power consumption becomes a non-negligible part of their production costs.Driven by huge economic interests,these consumers use the various technical means such as private wire,tampering meter structure and interference meter counting to steal electricity to achive the goal which the meter is less record or even not record.Under the inspection of the power sector,these tampering methods have become increasingly hidden and more high-tech.This kind of behavior not only causes economic losses of power companies,but also may endanger the electricity consumption of other electric users,and even endanger the normal operation of electric power facilities.In view of the increasingly serious phenomenon of electricity theft,this paper has done the following work.This paper points out the fundamental principle of tampering behavior by analyzing the measurement principle of metering electric energy meter,and analyzes its influence on measurement parameters by analyzing several common tampering methods,in order to analyze its anti-stealing criterion.It is emphasized that the anti-theft criterion of shunt electricity theft is mainly aimed at,that is,the ratio of three-phase high voltage current value to the measured value of ammeter is used as the research parameter,and the outlier algorithm based on distance is used to find out the suspects of electricity theft.For the high-voltage current acquisition unit,this paper analyzes the working principle of Rogowski coil current sensor and the lumped parameter equivalent circuit model of Rogowski coil,and establishes the transfer function of Rogowski coil on its structural parameters.The structure parameters and dynamic characteristics of the coil are obtained by matlab.The simulation analysis was carried out,and the PCB type Rogowski coil was designed as the high-voltage current collecting unit by using the simulation results to optimize the parameters;The low-voltage side was designed to collect the measured current value of the meter using the Zigbee module.Finally,the overall scheme of the anti-stealing device involved in this paper is designed by the analysis result of the stealing feature.At the same time,the main components of the system and the work of each module needs to completed are pointed out.Subsequently,the hardware design process of the system power module,acquisition module,control module and communication module is introduced in detail.Finally,the software flow of the system was designed and the system was tested and analyzed.
