Following with the increasingly outstanding imbalance between supply and demand of energy, wind power is more and more important in reducing the pollution to the environment and adjusting the energy structure. At the same time, as the installed capacity for wind turbines is increasing and a lot of wind turbines are out of warranty, spare parts management workload will be bigger and bigger. However, there are so many different systems of wind turbine manufacturer spare parts coding in current wind power industry, resulting much existence of "a multi code" in spare parts management system of wind power enterprise, which extremely easy to cause the spare parts management confusion. This article is based on the coordinating projects, held by North China Electric Power University and Longyuan Power Group Company, to study wind turbines spare parts coding technique scheme. The major research are as follows:1、Analyzing the research and application status of wind turbines spare parts coding to find out the breakthrough point of this subject research.2、Studying the technical basis for spare parts classification, determining the principle and the way to code with in the coding scheme design process.3、Collecting the basic information of typical double-fed wind turbines spare parts in the wind farm site information of typical doubly-fed wind turbines, including more than 800 information of G52, G58 and more than 400 of SL1500. Based on the national and international standards based design of wind turbine spare parts coding scheme, this scheme has a strong flexibility and wide applicability, which can describe the encoding object accurately, thus eliminating the "a multi-code" phenomenon. The coding scheme has applied for the very first time in spare parts management system of Longyuan Power Group Company currently.4、In order to code more conveniently and reduce man-made errors, this paper has designed the coding management software which can edit and query the codes, using VB language and ACCESS database technology, based on the design of spare parts coding and coding management software functional requirements.
