The station coding technology is the general name of the track circuit forwarding or superposition of locomotive signal information technology. This technology is mainly applied to the railway station, to ensure the code track circuit within the station will transmit the required information to the locomotive onboard equipment continuously, so that the train can receive the forward signal display continuously during the operation within the station.The station coding technology is mainly applied to the railway station, to ensure the code track circuit within the station will transmit the required coding information to the locomotive onboard equipment continuously. So, it is one of the basic equipments for the traffic control system. The station coding technology is broadly applied in the railway signal. The safety and reliability is the first after the railway is speeded up. Hence, the correct use of the coding is critical. With the further speeding up of the railway in future, it will put forward higher requirement for coding, and the coding technology will be further revised and perfected according to the requirement for development.The station coding equipment is one of the basic equipments for the traffic control system, and the coding equipment is the ground equipment of the locomotive signal system, so it is necessary to provide the correct locomotive signal information within the rail. Furthermore, it is also the main content for the new technology development in the railway electric department. At present, the development and application of the coding technology in our country has been in the mature and stable stage, and the further analysis and perfection of the coding technology will play an important role in promoting the development of the main locomotive signal.This paper briefly describes the evolution of the coding technology in our country and the basic principle of various coding technologies. This paper pays more attention to analyze the coding superposition pre-coding technology and the closed loop coding technology, and analyze the overall structure, circuit principle, equipment function of the ZPW-2000series pre-superposition coding system and the ZPW-2000A closed loop coding system. This paper mainly researches on the big number turnout bending unit connection with the departure route coding technology, and analyzes and researches on the circuit principle and equipment function of this technology.The key task of this paper is to analyze broadly used coding superposition pre-coding technology currently, and analyze the overall structure, key equipment function and control circuit principle of the ZPW-2000series pre-superposition coding system and the ZPW-2000A closed loop coding system. Furthermore, this paper researches on the necessity for the implementation of the big number turnout bending unit connection with the departure route coding technology from the perspective of the traffic safety and transport efficiency, and demonstrates its feasibility by combining with the ZPW-2000station frequency shift coding system. It will mainly put forward the design scheme of the bending unit departure route coding technology, analyze the overall structure, system function, circuit principle and various module functions in the design parts, and propose the solution for the key technical issues.This paper describes the overall structure, system function, circuit principle and various module functions of the pre-superposition coding system and the closed loop coding system from the perspective of the concept, development background and function of the coding technology and the new generation of the coding technology, pays more attention to research on and analyze the big number turnout bending unit connection with the departure route coding technology, and plays an important role in perfecting and supplementing the coding technology.
