| Distributed wind power has economic and practical value, because the installedcapacity of a single wind farm is small; wind farm is scattered; the wind power can accessto local electric power grid by low grade voltage; the wind power can be exhausted withinthe scope of the local and don’t need transmit over a long distance. How to effectivelymonitor and control the state of the wind turbine, ensure the entire wind farm to safe,reliable and economical operation and realize centralized management of monitoring hasbecome vital. This makes the research and development of a set of distributed wind powermonitoring system is very meaningful, which has perfect functions, stable performance,and can realize remote centralized monitoring.This topic constructs the system’s overall framework according to the design principleof distributed wind farm SCADA system and the technical requirement. Use thecombination of ZigBee wireless sensor network and3G wireless network to solveshort-range and long-range data transmission, and give the specific design respectively. Onthe information in the system integration technology, as well as the large capacity datastorage problem, we do in-depth research. We put forward the OPC XML technology tosolve incompatible problems of different manufactures communication technology anddifferent communication protocols. It can also provide the possibility of the systemcross-platform operation, information sharing and interaction. To the large capacity datastorage problem, we adopt the embedded zero wavelet coding lossy compression methodcombined with Huffman lossless compression method,by the wind farm voltage data, thesimulation experiments achieve satisfactory result.The set of distributed remote monitoring system of wind turbines complete the basicmonitoring function, at the same time, solve the problem of the communication protocolscompatible, and providing the convenient of remote information sharing. We put forward a new compression method on data storage, and it improves the performance of the systemof data storage and transmission performance. |
