| Access network is the weakness of communication system in smart distribution automation system. There is no single network can meet the quality of service (QoS) requirements of the communications services. Heterogeneous wireless networks through a variety of wireless network overlay way to provide safe, reliable, economy, communication services, and are very suitable for application in the access part of smart distribution grid (SDG) communication network. Access selection of services and load balancing in heterogeneous wireless networks play critical roles in the heterogeneous wireless networks.On the basis of the smart distribution service needs, communication network architecture, cable access network, heterogeneous wireless access networks and wireless public network of access layer network were proposed and their applications were analyzed. In view of optical fiber cannot reach areas, heterogeneous wireless networks supporting a variety of wireless access technologies can meet the services needs of the distribution network, guarantee the service quality of intelligent power distribution communication service.An access selection algorithm based on chaos quantum clone immune multi-objective optimization is proposed. The convergence rate is speed up according to frequent testing quantum antibodies, two different amplitudes of chaotic variables are used to adjust the rotation angle of quantum rotation gate according to the sort of antibodies in multi-objective solution set, so that the global optimization and local optimization are realized at the same time. Compared with the NSGA-â…¡ algorithm, it is proved that the convergence rate of this algorithm is faster and the optimal solution set is distributed more evenly. When the algorithm is applied to intelligent power distribution in heterogeneous wireless internet access problem,3 optimization objectives based on the blocking probabilities of real-time services, the average transmission time of non-real-time service and the load balancing of networks are established, compared with the MLB algorithm and the RBF-FNN algorithm, experimental results show that the proposed algorithm obtains better performance on the blocking probabilities of services, the average transmission time of NRT service and the load balancing of networks.To improve the QoS of communication services in SDG, a heterogeneous network model oriented to SDG was presented, and based on the requirements of different priorities communication service in SDG. Accordingly, a load balancing algorithm based on chaos immune algorithm in heterogeneous wireless networks was proposed. Firstly the number of business that current overload networks need to transfer was calculated. Then based on different priorities of transferred services and new calls, different penalty functions of transferred and blocked services were established. The network resources were reasonably allocated to the transferred services and new calls according to call admission control strategy obtained by chaos immune algorithm, thus the algorithm can effectively balance the loads among the overall heterogeneous system. Simulation results show that the algorithm can balance the loads among the overall heterogeneous system and decrease the service blocking probability. Simultaneously can reduce services transferred times to avoid the bad impact on QoS of services because of transferring of services. In addition, the algorithm can provide different serves for the services with different priorities. |
