Communication network is the basic support platform for the safe and stable operation of smart grid.It is also an important part of the energy Internet system.It plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation and modern management of energy Internet.Traditional optical fiber access technology can no longer meet the demands of the energy Internet for massive terminal access and flexible and diverse communication business.As an important complementary technology of optical fiber communication,wireless communication technology plays an increasingly important role in the development of smart grid for energy internet.The power wireless private network technology represented by the LTE power wireless private network is booming.However,facing the complicated and diverse communication demands of the energy Internet in the future,many problems of the LTE wireless power private network still need to be solved urgently.Based on the demand of power communication service that can face the source Internet,this paper has carried on the thorough research to the resource management allocation of the private network of power wireless private network,the concrete work is as follows:(1)From the aspects of bandwidth demand,security demand and real-time demand,this paper analyzes the existing services carried by power wireless private network and organizes and summarizes the new power communication services for energy Internet that will be carried by wireless private network in the future.(2)Considering the limited frequency of LTE power wireless private network(available bandwidth of 1MHz for LTE230 and 5MHz for LTE1800),seeking a more efficient resource scheduling algorithm.Based on the comparison and analysis of several typical downlink packet scheduling algorithms,the heuristic proportional fairness algorithm for LTE uplink scheduling is emphatically analyzed according to the dominant uplink service in power communication system.By comparing the fairness and system throughput of the algorithm in uplink and downlink,a resource scheduling algorithm that is more suitable for constructing an LTE power wireless private network is determined.It provides the basis and references for the selection of resource scheduling algorithm for LTE power wireless private network in subsequent heterogeneous environments.(3)Aiming at the development trend of multi-network convergence of power wireless private network,a network selection algorithm based on Q learning is proposed.Based on the bandwidth and security requirements of the service,an appropriate network access is selected for the service and the algorithm is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the Q-learning-based network selection algorithm performs well in reducing the system blocking rate and selecting the appropriate network for the service according to the service performance requirements.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the work of this paper,hoping that with the further work,it can provide a more powerful theoretical basis for the development of power wireless private network.
