The Internet of Vehicles (IOV) is a concrete form that technology of the Internet of Things (IOT) applies to the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), belonging to a sub-network of the IOT, it effectively combines sensor technology, communication technology, network technology, information technology, applied to The entire transportation management System, to provide vehicle entertainment information application and commercial wireless Internet service, through The integration of heterogeneous network, IOV realizes the communication on vehicle-to-vehicle, vehicle-to-road, vehicles-people/objects, to achieve faster, Intelligent traffic System of data communication, so as to realize The Intelligent traffic management and information service.With the rapid development of multimedia services, as well as network in intelligent transportation system (ITS) and broad application prospects in on-board entertainment, people is higher and higher demand for data rate and real time, at the same time, modern wireless network system also contains a variety of access networks, such as satellite networks, GSM,3/4 g, Wimax, WLAN, etc., these radio environment is gradually used in car networking, however, different access networks with different network characteristics, although can provide users with different ways of communication and ubiquitous access, but due to the different business, users have different demand for network, so IOV wireless access selection mechanism of heterogeneous integration environment has become one of the points are studied in this paper, on the other hand, IOV has the characteristics of high movement speed,high dynamic topology,frequently disconnected network, privacy, and so on. when roaming, wireless access point range is limited with end users expect continuous network service obvious conflict, how to realize the seamless switching become another key point of this thesis research.At first, this paper puts forward a network architecture of IOV, analyzing the problems existing in the wireless communication environment, and then, in the existing heterogeneous network access selection methods are summarized, on the basis of according to car networking wireless heterogeneous network environment, due to the different user demand for network, this paper puts forward a new type of access options, at the same time, according to access control in the process of switching problem, combined with specific application scenarios and the actual characteristics of car networking, to IOV wireless switch delay,an improved method of the double card switching scheme is proposed, in the end, the two schemes are respectively code implementation and some functional testing, set up the simulation scene,, the results show that the access network selection scheme and the double card switching scheme can not only meet the needs of different business users, but also can get smaller than conventional switching process switching time consuming, so as to ensure the benign development of car networking wireless environment, and the effective utilization of resources.
