With the rapid development of maritime communication network technology and the increasing demand for all kinds of services,the design and development of maritime communication technology and network architecture in the next stage have become the core focus of academia and industry.The traditional maritime communication network is based on VHF,MF,HF and other technologies such as ship-to-ship communication,maritime satellite communication and long-range ship-to-ship,ship-to-shore communication.However,with the development and application of a variety of wireless network access technologies at sea,Nowadays the communication system has faced the bottleneck of the technical parameters and the restriction of many kinds of access technologies and different network control and management mechanisms.How to efficiently utilize and integrate the resources of the maritime communication network is a hot research topic nowadays.The current maritime wireless communication technology presents a variety of network cooperative communication,integration,generalization of the development trend.The existing multi-type wireless communication network is used to realize the heterogeneous network architecture through the convergence between the networks,so that the heterogeneous network can supplement the maritime mobile communication service to meet the requirements and realize the unified management of the central control network.In order to give full play to their respective advantages and characteristics,avoid the information island formed by the network can not be merged at sea.Based on the variety of maritime network,a key problem in wireless resource management of maritime heterogeneous network is network selection technology.It is necessary to consider many factors,such as data transmission rate,bandwidth,packet delay,packet jitter,packet loss rate and cost,both in terms of network and user.In different networks,these factors vary greatly.How to choose the access network reasonably according to the position of the ship is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,a multi-attribute decision making method based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and rough set is considered.Firstly,the rough set method is used for objective decision-making,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used for subjective decision-making.Then,the subjective and objective decision-making results are fused by comprehensive decision-making.Considering the rationality and reliability of the decision-making result,the consistency criterion is used to judge the compatibility of the decision-making.Since the algorithm takes into account not only the objective attributes of the network,but also the subjective preferences and service types of the users,it can guarantee that users cannot rely on their own preferences to select some networks with poor performance.The main problem to be solved is how to select the access network when multiple networks cover the same area.After the selection,the data transmission model in the network is simulated and compared with different multi-attribute decision-making methods.However,although the QoS of heterogeneous networks is optimized,the allocation of network resources still faces the challenge of how to make the users of each heterogeneous network obtain the satisfaction of response time.When multiple nodes in the same area covered by heterogeneous network choose the same network,the order in which the nodes send data packets results in the uneven distribution of resources.In order to optimize the performance of a network,it is necessary to reduce the overall response time to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper defines a standard to measure satisfaction for the proposed heterogeneous network architecture of maritime communications in subsequent chapters.This is not proposed before,in the case of increasing complexity of maritime communications business,it can be more comprehensive and effective evaluation of the satisfaction of various resource optimization schemes,and based on this standard,a optimal algorithm is proposed and simulated.
