This topic is about designing and developing a set of intelligent vehicle controller system based on CAN bus to meet the comfort requirements for higher chassis of suv and rv. The function of the system is that: when getting into the car and opening the door, the pedal automatically stretched out, which people can step on; And when closing the door, the pedal automatically come back. In addition, the system also needs to implement the anti-collision function, and decorative lighting function and so on.This subject adopts the current widely used field bus technology- CAN bus, to be communication of the control system. The article detailed tells the story of CAN bus technology and practical application in this subject. The control method of dc motor used PWM through MOS tube and dual H bridge. The motor current detection uses sensorless technology and software algorithm for motor current prediction is EWMA, which not only can improve detection current response speed, but also can effectively protect the dc motor. For the stability and accuracy of the controllers, the article uses the Yanhua data acquisition card to test the key point of data collection of the controller, then through the PC Lab VIEW software real-time to display, finally to estimate whether the controller is ok.The article details the background and significance of the research and development of intelligent vehicle based on CAN bus controller, then discusses the utility and reliability of CAN bus technology, and detailed introduces the system hardware components selection, circuit schematic design, PCB design, software design process, emphatically introduces the EWMA motor current prediction algorithm, and finally introduces the control system stability test method, and introduces in detail the test platform of the PC. Finally the article puts forward the system deficiencies and improvement measures.
