| A vehicle pedal bracket is very important part on a car. Because the shape of this kind of workpiece is complex, and the requirement of the dimension accuracy is high, so it is very difficult to make sure that the workpiece satisfies the design requirement in reverse rapid prototyping.This article studies the key technology of reverse design for vehicle pedal bracket according to analyzing the digital measurement technology and the reverse engineering technology, and makes detail statement about digital measurement method, preprocessing of the point cloud data, surface reconstruction method and surface quality inspection. Regarding to the digital measurement technology in the reverse engineering, this paper puts forward two kinds of measuring scheme and comes to the conclusion that the binocular stereo visual scanning technique is more suitable for vehicle pedal bracket detection through experimental comparison.For the point cloud data processing of the reverse engineering, The chord deviation filtering method is used to filter the measured point cloud, then the most accurate point cloud data is obtained.In the surface reconstruction of reverse engineering, this article reaches two kinds of modeling method through analyzing the pedal bracket, and completes the task of surface reconstruction by combining with the two kinds of modeling method.At last, quality detection is made for the restructured surface using three-dimensional direct comparison method and two-dimensional cross-section data method.The obtained inspect report shows that the reconstruction model satisfies the requirement of design size error precision.This study about the design for domestic enterprises in the pedal backet production and design in this article, provides a reference basis and has an important theoretical and practical significance. |
