China's automobile industry has developed rapidly with the improvement of the people's economic level,and the number of car ownership ranks first in the world.In the past,the development of the automobile industry mainly focused on the dynamics and economy of the automobile.As consumers' right to speak of the products has been increasingly improved,the comfort has also been incorporated into the R&D system by automobile manufacturers.Scholars have conducted a lot of research in the field of automotive ergonomics,the traditional way is to get a reasonable range of car design parameters through a large number of induction statistics,or the subjective evaluation of testers,but this can not be analyzed from the theoretical level of human production The in-depth reason of comfort restricts the establishment of the comfort evaluation system.Therefore,looking for the corresponding theoretical support is the current research direction.As a new discipline,biomechanics starts from the basics of human movement-muscles and bones,and systematically explains the specific reasons for comfort feelings from the perspective of medicine,mechanics,and kinematics.Therefore,it is widely used in the ergonomics of automobiles.In the field.In this paper,based on the comfort of pedal-operated pedals for passenger cars,combined with the research content of biomechanics,the driver-pedal man-machine interaction system model was established with virtual simulation software,and the human body surface myoelectrical test was performed with related test equipments.The driver's electromyographic signals of the major muscles of the lower extremities of the human body in the process of pedal operation adopt sensor to acquire the pedal movement and mechanical characteristic curve,introduce the simulation model,and analyze the cab layout related to pedal comfort comfortably.The influence of the coupling between different parameters,the final use of genetic algorithms to the human muscle function of the lower extremity activation of the correlation function as the goal of parameter optimization design.
