This subject studied mainly accelerator mechanism and brake mechanism in vehicle. The operation of accelerator and brake of existing vehicle was similar and motorist shifted between accelerator and brake absolutely frequently, which caused starting vaguely,long braking distance,fatigue of foot and so on. These problems resulted in many traffic accidents. According to the man-machine engineering theory, designed new styles of accelerator and brake. Foot made the mechanism turn right was equivalent to starting accelerator and turn down was equivalent to starting brake.At first, read the information on the synthetic device that combined accelerator and brake. Studied the structure of existing mechanism and the man-machine environment and so on, which provided references for research.Then, from the perspective of man-machine engineering theory, designed the new style of side pressure device that combined accelerator and brake by CATIA software. To avoid people regard brake as accelerate, so adopted new style of side pressure device instead of the old styles, making mechanism be suit for individual. At the same time, analyzed the size and work space of agencies, so as to make individual be suit for mechanism.After that, improved the existing electronic accelerator, charging with the cruise function. And accelerator and brake locked with each other in electricImplement, raising the security of mechanism.What's more, analyzed the relationship between this device and body muscles. Based on these, contrasted the new style of side pressure device with old style in comfort.Last but not least, made some body experiment can prove that man-machine reflexology characteristics and function of new style of device. The results was simulated by CATIA software and DELMIA software and so on.All in all, this article made an research on accelerator and brake and their ergonomic analysis part. Analyzed the relationship between this device and body muscles based on man-machine engineering theory. Then ,I produced the prototype of above device. This device was designed to improve the existing institutions, can reduce traffic accidents and improve the operational safety and comfort. |
