| With the increase of High-speed railway line, a large number of EMU are running.the Railway Bureaus are facing the huge pressure of safety. In order to effectively reduce the EMU fault rate and maintenance High-speed Rail transport order, analysis and study of the EMU fault is very important. In this paper, the reliability theory and method will be used in the fault diagnosis and analysis of the EMU and the subsystem.Starting from the analysis of the reliability of EMU, fault analysis methods of EMU are investigated. Analysis method FTA, FMEA and FMEACA are used in failure statistic and analysis of EMU and its subsystems. And then, analyze the failure mode of EMU, find out the rules from the statistic and analysis of fault reason, and puts forward the corresponding treatment measures. |
