With The rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the competition between enterprises is more cruel, particularly, in manufacturing. logistics known as the "third profit source" of enterprises has been more and more enterprises attention. Whether Enterprise’s production logistics is reasonable, directly affect the whole economic efficiency of enterprises and logistics efficiency. According to statistics, production activities from raw materials to finished products into the storage,90%-95%of the time was wasted in stagnation and handling state, only5%-10%of the time for processing and inspection. In manufacturing, charge of material handling is about20%-50%of the total cost, excellent plant layout design can reduce the cost at least10%to30%. Thus it can be seen that the optimization of production logistics can improve the total efficiency of production system and the important role of corporate profits. Improve the logistics system is not only the need of enterprise’s self-improvement, but also meet the need of the market changes.This article through analyze the present situation and problems of machining workshop production logistics to put forward to optimize production logistics, finally get the some suggestions of the production workshop logistics optimization.Based on the company’s mechanical processing workshop as the research object, the integrated use of advanced modern logistics management theory and method to analyze the workshop production logistics system, concluded that the reason which influence efficiency of the production workshop logistics. These reasons include:the production process is not reasonable, facility layout is unreasonable and material handling efficiency is low. In view of the problem of the unreasonable production process, by using the5W1H and ECRS analysis method to optimize, reducing unnecessary process. Aiming at the problem of facility layout is unreasonable, the system arrangement design (SLP) method is used to optimize. Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of material handling, material handling analysis (SHA) method is used to optimize. Finally establish the objective function of optimization model, compare the effect of before and after optimization, put forward to some feasibility suggestions. |
