| In recent years, along with the rapid growth of domestic logistics industry and the domestic highway network, container transportation has played an irreplaceable role. At the same time, the container transport vehicle which has the function of the loading and unloading by itself plays an irreplaceable role. The container self-loading trailers can lift containers on port, wharf, airport. And it also be used in material transportation about short road and military outdoor.Traditionally, the container self-loading trailers needs many people to coordinate to complete the operation, which not only reduce the loading and unloading efficiency, increase the cost of transportation, but also get large blind zone and extremely easy to cause unsafe events in the lifting process, because of the fixed location of operators.In view of the above questions, this paper research a set of the electric control system with the wireless remote control technology, which could improve the container self-loading trailers automation level. Firstly, analyze the overall structure and the control action of structure to design the hydraulic control system. Secondly, choose the Siemens S7-200 PLC as the controller and design the controls scheme and program. To ensure the control program reliability, simulation is needed. Then, design the dual-channel wireless remote controller with ARM microcontroller, NRF905 and NRF24L01, which ensure the reliability of the remote control. Finally, connect the controller and wireless remote controller with CAN bus to realize communications.With the wireless remote control technology and improving the control scheme can improve the container self-loading trailers automation level, makes the control more safely and conveniently. It will have good market prospect, not only the development of low cost, but can greatly improve the economic benefit. |
