During the development of packing in China, we mainlydesigned the practicl ones, directed by the appear of new packingmaterial. In the21st century, from packing materials, equipments toproduction process, we learn all of these from the westernadvanced technology. However, if we want to develop the packingin our own style, we must design from the cultural perspective andcombine Chinese characteristics into our product. In this way, wecould discover our own way to develop our packing, and thenimprove our influence on the packing production all over the world.Our country has attained a great achievement on the design ofpacking. Neverthless, there are also many problems, such as lowquality of the material, poor degree of the technology, similardesign of the products. The current situation cannot catch up withthe rapid development of manufacturing and the increase of export.Nowadays, with the rapid development of originality, we need tolook upon the design of packing from a new perspective. Thepacking should be designed to easy our lives, beautify the visualenvironment, to build a harmonious society. The attitude of thedesign should be based on our culture and learn the advanced foreign packing technology modestly. By the means of coorperationwith other disciplines, we could find a development path forindustrial chain, which would be a part of the creative industry.
