Industrial engineering is committed to developing improved production systems,improve the work efficiency, reduce the production cost of knowledge, by studying thefactors of production and productivity level and some other system, realize the improvementof production efficiency. The science has been applied in automobile, electronic productssuch as production, they have in common is mass assembly line work. Considering theAngle of production efficiency, it is very good method. This way of operation, however,there are shortcomings, because in the process, including the time, people working ability,the manpower allocation something column. This requires new methods of analysis: linebalance analysis method to analyze the improvement, improve production efficiency.In this paper, on the basis of industrial engineering "efficiency is the core, the pursuit ofnever-ending improvement ideas, people-oriented, pay attention to the overall systemattaches importance to the role of people and technology and management thought" theessence of five, according to the "program analysis, operation analysis, and action analysis"three kinds of research methods, through the study of assembly line balancing problem,combined with the enterprise product characteristics, the existing mode of productionimprovement, this paper discusses the industrial engineering technology to improveproduction line balancing role.This paper discusses the production line balance theory, thus put forward theoreticalmethod to improve the line balance. This article expounds the problems existing in the MP3player assembly line production, by analyzing the status quo, to find the root cause; Againaccording to the theory of line balancing methods and steps, use the method of statisticalanalysis and learning curve theory, redesign working hours; At the same time, based on theprinciples of equilibrium process beat, adjustment process of the contents, to process the beatbasic same, reduce the part of the manpower and equipment costs, increase productivity.Through the actual situation of Z company assembly line production of research, basedon the assembly line is assembly and packing process is not reasonable, unreasonable timemeasurement way, test position is not reasonable and adjust the unreasonable phenomenonsuch as time, can be found that the Z company now, there are two main problems areinsufficient capacity of the product and production line balancing rate is too low, the basic demand of the market, Z the need to improve production line balancing rate as soon aspossible and products of the company’s production efficiency. This paper using the theory ofproduction line balance, through the understanding of the specific production company withresearch, found a series of factors play an important influence on the above issues, on thebasis of the theory of line balancing, of assembly line balance, and combining withproduction practice, from the assembly line, production layout, process improvement,balance and improve and bottleneck position optimization of four aspects carries on thecorresponding improvement, make the balance of production system problem is resolved,which can increase work efficiency, reduce waste, improve the efficiency of the company’spurpose.
