The smart grid consists of transmission, substation, power distribution and dispatching, among which the dispatching center is responsible for resource dispatching of power transmission and distribution. When the power dispatching assets fail or do not match and can't be processed,it will lead to the rapid spread of local problems in the grid and other areas can't be quickly adjusted, resulting in uneven distribution of power, waste of resources and so on.Aiming at the shortcomings of barcode asset management in a power company, this paper studies the application of RFID technology in power dispatching automation system, designs and realizes the power asset management system based on MVC framework and code analysis, bidirectional communication and other technical means, strengthens the assets the link between the information and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the power dispatching automated asset management system. The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, the overall structure of the power asset management system based on RFID technology is designed.Starting from the actual demand for power dispatching asset management tasks, the business model and information flow direction of asset management were sorted out.At the same time, the hardware requirements of the system were analyzed in depth from the perspectives of safety, environment, and cost. From the results of the demand analysis, hardware selection principles and specific performance indicators were proposed, and RFID hardware selection was finally completed. Then the anti-collision performance of hardware and recognition rate were tested.Second, the RFID anti-collision algorithm was studied. For the anti-collision algorithm of C5000 reader in the face of increasing the number of tags when the throughput is insufficient, and analysis of other mainstream algorithms, proposed a multi-periodic RFID anti-collision algorithm based on binary tree decomposition. The algorithm integrates the ideas of adaptive decomposition and back-off.It decomposes the initial state binary tree and decomposes the collision time slot into two response sub-periods under one search depth, which improves the performance of the algorithm, such as throughput and time complexity.Thirdly, the power asset coding scheme and server database were designed.Comparing and analyzing the differences of the three major RFID encoding systems, the EPC-96 coding scheme was selected for the affiliation of the assets of the power dispatch automation system. This reflects the topological relationship between the assets and ensures the uniqueness and scalability of the encoding. At the same time, the mapping relationship between data tables is established in the MySQL database according to the role authority and business relationship in the power asset management system, and the MyBatis framework and two-way encryption are used to improve the query efficiency and security for the database. Finally,Design and implement a mobile-server power dispatch automation asset management system. This system solves the key problems such as bidirectional communication, codec and so on based on Ajax,OkHttp and other technologies and frameworks for the actual needs of a power company's dispatch center, such as inventory and warehousing, and connects business functions and databases through data persistence layer.Through the functional test of the power dispatching automation asset management system, the available usability of the system is proved, which meets the actual needs of a power company.
