As the primary tool of marine transportation,naval ship is an significant battle platformto the guarantee of the sea power for a country. An important index to measure the vitality andfighting capacity of naval ships and shipboard equipment is their shock resistance ability.Meanwhile, it is the ship explosion trials that are the key way to obtain this index.Considering both the capability of naval ships and shipboard equipment to withstandexplosion overpressure of shock wave and the influence the bad weather has on their structure,a kind of intelligent overpressure parameter test system for naval ships is composed in thisthesis, which can be utilized to fight with the severe environment. This test system includesthree parts named as intelligent sensor, comprehensive triggering and a lumped control unit.The intelligent sensor unit includes: signal measurement, control, storage and USB module.The comprehensive triggering unit includes: disconnection trigger, manual trigger andwireless trigger module. Lumped control unit includes: wireless master-slave control,PCcontrol, readings and display module, intelligent encrypted and compression, channelidentification, dual backup storage and intelligent self-destruct module. Among them, thelumped control unit for the focus of this thesis research. Visibly, the test system has thoseabilities of reliable trigger, intelligent channel identification, intelligent self-destruction, etc.In view of this test system, a theoretical analysis was given to verify the trigger logic.The simulation was done to verify the properties of the data encryption and compression andthe reliability of shell protection structure by using the Xilinx ISE10.1/Modelsim XE6.3cand the ANSYS/Multiphysics software, respectively. The test system was applied to theclearing free field static explosion shock wave test in order to the reasonableness of the designof the test system, comparing the measured data with the theoretical data calculated through these experience formulas.Whereas the importance of test data and test cost, we mainly studied the following fouraspects in this paper so as to ensure the accuracy of measurement and the high reliability ofthe test system,First, high reliability design of trigger,Second, intelligent recognition channel information and double backup storage,Third, intelligent data compression, encryption design,Last, the design and realization of intelligent self-destruction of this test system.
