| With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the trend of ship intelligence is becoming more and more obvious.Among them,the issue of ship’s intelligent collision avoidance has received special attention.This paper first combines the spiritual principles of the international maritime collision avoidance regulations to identify risks,uses Monte Carlo theory to establish a ship collision avoidance model to quantify the risk,and then uses an improved genetic algorithm to plan the ship’s voyage path,and finally proposes the intelligent ship avoidance model.Make decisions on collisions,and perform simulation verification on typical port waters.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Risk identification aiming at ship intelligent collision avoidance.Based on the international rules for collision avoidance at sea,the whole process of ship intelligent avoidance is analyzed,and the avoidance responsibilities and avoidance actions under the typical encounter situation of ships are identified in combination with the environmental factors and maneuverability factors affecting the safe navigation of ships.(2)A ship collision avoidance model based on Monte Carlo method is established.Using Monte Carlo method,based on the aviation event collision model and combined with the ship field theory,a ship collision avoidance model is established.The effects of ship speed,ship arrival rate,safe distance and different encounter situations on navigation risk are studied,and the collision risk is quantified.(3)An improved genetic algorithm is proposed.Aiming at the shortcomings of low search efficiency and easy to fall into local optimization of standard genetic algorithm,the grid method is used to establish the environment model and the sequence number method to encode the individual path.Combined with the artificial potential field method to optimize the initial population of genetic algorithm,an improved algorithm with stronger optimization ability is proposed and verified by simulation experiments.(4)Application of ship intelligent collision avoidance decision.Select typical port waters,use the established collision avoidance model based on Monte Carlo method and ship collision avoidance decision-making method based on improved genetic algorithm,and verify the practicability of ship intelligent collision avoidance decision-making through MATLAB software. |
