The parameter of the vessel damage test such as explosion shock wave is one of the mostimportant methods for evaluating the damage efficiency of the vessel. In light of the vesseldamage test which costs highly and needs more reliable result holding at sea and theexplosion creating a harsh environment of high temperature, high pressure, high impact andstrong electromagnetic interference, a highly reliable system for measuring the parameters ofvessel damage is designed. The measurement system is composed of the intelligent sensor unit, the main triggercontrol box and the slave trigger control box. The main trigger control box includes triggercontrol unit, centralized backup storage module, USB reading and wireless transceivermodule. The main trigger control box achieved the extremely demanding design requirement.A efficient combination of various technology such as variety of trigger modes, multiplereal-time data backup, trigger control box pontoon structure, and using wireless data radio totranslate the intelligent compression data to the mother vessel in a timely manner before thetarget vessel sank ensures that the system has the high testing reliability. The system design theory has been strictly proved in this paper and four key designs areintroduced in order to obtaining accurate, reliable testing data.①The programming of the development of the particularly high reliability requirementsof the vessel damage test.②The designing of the three mutual backup storage spaces.③The logic and designing of the combination of the external and internal trigger.④The designing of the intelligent compression data technology.
