Today’s world economy modernization is largely restricted by energy, and the international energy crisis is imminent. Therefore, wind energy resource, which is clean, efficient and renewable, is taken more and more seriously. At present, the related wind power technology is rapidly developing, and the wind power gear box, as the core component of wind turbines, is particularly focused by wind power related companies and research institutes all around the world. With the standardization and serialization of the wind speed increasers’ design, establishing its parametric design system, doing dynamics analysis and parameter optimization design of the drive system in the design phase, comprehensive considering the factors, such as simple structure, reliable operation, and realizing the rapid design of wind power growth, has become the new trend of the research.This study sets NGW and NW planetary structures of wind power growth as the research object, builds the wind speed increaser parametric design system. The main research work is as follows:(1) Carried on a thorough study of the key technologies to establish wind speed increaser parametric design system, including processing methods of key parameters of the gear transmission and spline parameter, the basic model of system dynamics of gear transmission and optimization design method, the secondary development technology based on SolidWorks, API interface object function and XML data management technology.(2) Lumped parameter method was adopted to construct two kinds of commonly used structures’(NW and NGW planetary gear train) dynamic model of gear transmission system, considering the factors, such as time-varying mesh stiffness, mesh damping, meshing error and support bearing stiffness and damping, exported the vibration differential equation of the system. With teeth, modulus, spiral Angle, tooth width and so on as design variables, the minimum volumes of the transmission system as the objective function, reliability and strength as constraint conditions, established optimized design scheme of the transmission system.(3) Studied the concrete method of parametric modeling, using SolidWorks API interface object, realized the technology of setting up standard and non-standard3d model which is based on size driver and application driver method. Based on template, studied the technology of proportion, view, and the size adjustment, the engineering drawing which can be automatically updated and meeting the requirements of enterprise can be designed.This research mainly used the C#programming language, supplemented by the Python programming language, and XML as data storage, established a friendly interfaced parametric design system of megawatt wind power growth, and has important practical significance to reduce the designers’personnel workload, improve the design efficiency, and ensure the quality of design.
