Automotive transmission is a critical part of automotive transmission system with main functions including changing torque, rotational speed and the direction of drive wheel and it has important influence on automotive performance.The transmission test bench is an important equipment to research and improve the transmission performance. This paper adopts on the overall scheme design of transverse precursor transmission load test bench based on the analysis and reference to domestic and foreign transmission test bench, and carry on the thorough analysis on the part of speed-increasing gearing box of the test bench. Speed-increasing gear box has high working speed as the power and motion input unit of transmission test bench. The friction of meshing gear tooth surface reduces the transmission efficiency, speeds up the destruction of the gear (agglutination, pitting), lowers the gear bearing capacity, and reduces the service life of the gear box. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the temperature field of working gearbox.In addition, it lays a foundation of research gear surface agglutination, and provides the basic qualification of the design of carrying capacity, gear modification, the design of lubrication system.This paper uses the principle of gear meshing, the gear dynamics, tribology and heat transfer.3D modeling is established using Pro/E software.And use finite element software to analyze this model. The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1) Analyze the gear agglutination failure and expounds the theoretical analysis methods, significance and research status of gear temperature field, identifies the finite element method for solving method.(2) The overall plan and main parameters of power flow mechanical closed test bench are designed and adopted based on the analysis and reference to domestic and foreign transmission test bench combining the characteristics of special exhaust precursor transmission form.(3) The structure design of step-up gear box is completed. The gear, shaft, box and other parts is checked by formulation.The basic model of gear is established by parametric modeling method. And the precision parametric model of gear and 3D model of speed-increasing gear box is completed with Pro/E.And lays a solid a foundation for finite element analysis.(4) The knowledge steady-state temperature field is applied to establish the gear thermal equation and boundary conditions with limited analysis method and theory analysis and calculation, the method of combining the meshing surfaces of gear tooth friction heat input is analyzed and calculated.(5) The temperature field is simulated by ANSYS, the distribution of gear temperature field is obtained. Furthermore, by changing the environment temperature, the value of the torque and rotational speed, this paper not only analyzes their influences on steady state temperature field, but also practices for gear design and analyzes the temperature field after practice.Finally,we can obtain the guiding significance.(6) The distribution of rolling bearing temperature field is obtained under normal working conditions. Furthermore, by changing the environment temperature,radial force and rotational speed, wo can see that they have marked great influences on rolling gear bearing. So the analysis can provide the theoretical basis for lowering the highest temperature of bearing and improving its working lifetime.It has practical significances.
