In recent years, with the development of energy crisis, the plight of fossil energy isfacing increasingly exhausted, combined with the national policy guidance for thedevelopment of new energy and the pressing needs of the modernization development,China’s wind power has become the most unit installed capacity and the largest number ofcountries in the world. However, China’s wind turbine gearbox failure probability alsoincreases year by year, to analyze its influence of stress distribution on its structure, in thispaper, the dynamic analysis was carried out in a variety of working conditions of dynamicanalysis.First of all, according to domestic1.5MW wind turbine gear box structure andnecessary parameters, using Pro/E modeling software to build and assemble into itsthree-dimensional entity model, through computer interface between parasolid file format, importing to the dynamics analysis software ADAMS, defining the properties of thematerial each part, adding various contact relationships, including vice, rotating vice, fixedcontact vice, etc., in accordance with the relevant theory of the necessary parameters definevarious contact relationship. Then according to the different kinds of motions to addappropriate boundary conditions, such as input and output under different motion stateestablished the virtual prototype model of wind turbine gearboxes, separately carries on thedynamic analysis. This paper respectively to start, mutation and braking condition dynamiccharacteristics analysis for wind turbine gearboxes, braking condition including normalbrake and the emergency brake. They have the various conditions due to the differentboundary conditions. Corresponds to simulate the working condition of each input andoutput of different direction vibration status, including level of radial, vertical radial andaxial for displacement, velocity and acceleration, getting the different working conditionsof wind turbine gearbox dynamic characteristics for different parts, providing theoreticalbasis for the further optimization design of structure, providing theoretical support forsubsequent condition monitoring of vibration.Based on the1.5MW wind turbines are prone to failure of gear box set up modelingand a variety of working conditions of dynamic analysis, concluding the dynamic characteristics, vibration prone to failure is found weak links, and prepare for the next stepto analyze the causes of the failure, and further for the design of wind turbine gearboxes, manufacturing, equipment maintenance and condition monitoring.
