The yaw pitch drive system is one of the essential components of a horizontal-axis wind turbine system, with the dvelopment of wind power increasingly, the demand of multi-power and mutiple series of transmission ratio are proposed for the yaw pitch drive system.In order to satisfy this demand,our domestic manufacturers just design and produce singly planetary reducers, which result in overmuch kinds of planetary reducers, cause the production cost of the enterprises incresingly and lead to the waste of resources. A method of are modular design and seriation design of planetary reducers is put forward in the yaw pitch drive system.Firstly. This paper describes the applications, advantages and development history of the modular and serialization design in the Mechanical Design, and highlights its importance; then introduce the transmission of3Z(I) and NGW planetary reducer. Secondly, proposed the method of the Modular and Serialization of3Z(I) and NGW planetary reducer; The proposed modular method is to combine several given discrete transmission ratio in order to produce a lot of transmission ratio, its destination is to meet user needs about transmission ratio; The proposed serialization method is to give several discrete modulus of some transmission ratio, as it can increase load capacity of the gear through increasing gear modulus and it can meet the user needs of different load; we can use the least kind of gear to design the most kind of planetary reducer through the Modular and Serialization design, which is our ultimate goal;Then, compiling a small query software to query all of the reducer designed in this paper using the combination of C#language and database, in order to meet the user requirements.Thirdly, introducing the design other parts of the gear unit, such as the planet carrier, connecting the body, shafts etc. these parts are also designed using the principle of least types, which focuses on the carrier and the connected body design, which is due to the planet carrier is critical parts; additionally the type of connected body is a lot, which leads to the complexity of connected body design.Finally, this paper uses AutoCAD development method to draw all parts and assembly drawings of the series, namely through objectarx development tools combined with VC++development platform programming generated arx file and loaded on Autocad2010to achieve drawing; Parts is completed by modifying each dynamic block size of parts; Similarly, assembly drawings is to insert dynamic block by the program in the fixed order, and modify its size to achieve; and finalize all the parts and assembly drawings drawing;The method of modular and serialization design is applied in yaw pitch planetary gears in this paper.The result is1080kinds of gear reducers are obtained with91kinds of planetary gears; this result provides important reference for the design and production of yaw pitch planetary gears.which is significant for the reduction of business costsand increase business efficiency.
