| Although the current stagnant global economic and financial crisis, China still is keeping a high speed of domestic economic development, the country is now implementing expansionary fiscal policy, and a considerable part of the state investment will be used for infrastructure, which is closely contact of construction machinery, engineering machinery.It will provide lucrative market. At present, the major technological construction machinery, production equipment, conditional convergence of enterprises is on the same level. In the highly competitive market, companies want to survive, must develop innovative strategies designed to win in the competition. Therefore, the studying design of the new theories and methods, is the requirements of the times.In recent years, Modular product, the concept is now being promoted in the market, but very few companies have applied to product design and make great gains. Most of enterprises have only just started to accept the basic theory of modern industrial design, Module Design in Industrial Design, also, some of them still know little about the new method.This paper describes the modular technology applied to the series of product of concrete pump, CLGH8800C,the content of proposed research, the purpose of the study subjects, and the introduction of the research background. During the design process, it pays more attention to the whole Machine standardization, modularization and serialization; the design provide a solid foundation for production and sales. The dissertation is organized as follows:In the first chapter, it is brief introduced the modularization and serialization, application in other fields. Summarizes the theory and method used in series of the CLGH8800C concrete pump.In the second chapter,it is proposed the modular design of the basic principles and methods. The modular design module partition of basic principle, elaborated with emphasis the module partition of some of the major methods for concrete pump, modular design to provide the relevant theoretical knowledge.In the third chapter,it is proposed the modular pump design and planning. In existing enterprise resources constraints and the shortest possible time, in order to provide users with low cost, high quality, meet customer demand for personalized products which is the enterprise in the competition to win the key. This paper is to take this as a starting point, focuses on the analysis of the concrete pump in the design, how to reuse the components of module division, to lay a good foundation for the production and sales departments.In the fourth chapter,it is proposed the modular design and Wincill PLM system integration. Winchill PLM as LiuGong enterprise’s technological information management principal part, in the product design process it has been applied. Application of Winchill PLM system to the management of product data information, adopting the modular product configuration design, has established a modular product configuration database, thereby fast configuration design according to consumers" demand for personalized concrete machinery products, and product configuration database to store the product life cycle in a variety of data, the enterprise to meet the rapid customization design and mass customization production requirements. In the fifth chapter,it is proposed modular division and decomposition, system analysis and summary of the pump parts,establishes of pump type product matrix, variant product matrix and the whole series of products matrix, and the pump basic products are longitudinal, transverse series expansion, the basic module transverse series expansion, complete the construct of the modular design of the whole series of products.In the design process of CLG8800C, it playes the important role of connecting future link of functional modules improves or adds.In sixth chapter, all achievements of the dissertation are summarized so as to put forward the further research. |
