At present,the trend of integration of motor and reducer is more and more obvious,and more and more enterprises are joining the research in this field.Company Y wants to develop UX100 planetary reducer to match a brush motor ZD100.For the long-term plan,to meet the customers' individualized requirements and market demands of multiple varieties and small batches,to improve the market share of enterprises,company Y decides to adopt NGW planetary gear transmission structure,to make UX100 planetary reducer into a series of products.The research idea of this topic:Leading modular combination design into design method,selecting some basic modules,combining modules,realizing multi-stage transmission through series connection,we can get a larger range of transmission ratio.At the same time,based on the CAD software,using its own functions and the parametric design method,we can realize the modeling with equation driven dimensions,establishing module database of main parts including sun gear,planetary gear,planetary frame and gear ring,using configuration function and virtual assembly to achieve multi-stage transmission assembly.One of the UX100 series planetary reducer combinations will be selected for test verification.The research work of this subject is as follows:(1)Overall scheme design of UX100 series planetary reducer,design of main parts such as sun gear,planetary gear,planetary frame and gear ring.According to the design requirements,we will select three planetary gear transmission modules,which are module A,module B and module C.Through the "building block" combination,we can get nineteen kinds of combination forms totally,including three kinds of first-order transmission,six kinds of second-level transmission and ten kinds ofthird-level transmission.(2)Module design and calculation.According to the requirement of transmission ratio,module A,module B and module C will be designed and calculated,including meshing parameter,tooth matched checking,geometric size,transmission ratio and transmission efficiency of single module,total transmission ratio and total transmission efficiency of nineteen combined forms and gear strength checking.(3)Parametric design will be carried out by using equation-driven dimension.Firstly,the sun gear of module A is modeled by the conventional method.Secondly,the sun gear of module B and module C is modeled by configuring functions,establishing the module database of the sun gear,and the module database of the planetary gear,planetary frame and gear ring will be established by the same method.According to the general assembly method,a three-stage transmission assembly is completed,and the assembly scheme of two-stage transmission and one-stage transmission is completed by choosing different parts modules through configuration function.(4)Endurance test,The most rigorous load combination form(15)of the UX100 series planetary reducer is the combination module ACC,which is used as the test reducer to verify the wear condition,smooth operation,abnormal noise and grease leakage of the product gear.UX100 planetary reducer products,which owns the design concept of series and modular combination,has a wide adaptability,and there are many structural schemes,in which we can select various structural forms according to actual needs.This case proves the practical feasibility through the combination of modular design and intelligent virtual assembly in the development of serialized product design.This method can be applied not only to UX100 planetary reducer products,but also to other series products.
