The construction according to the IEC61970and IEC61968standard Dalian rural power distribution automation main station, achieved through information sharing and distribution operation manage men core business processes, improve the distribution network management level, form a system of smart distribution network preliminary technology.Based on the research status of Dalian rural power network, abide by electronic station terminal construction principle, application function and technique index, effectively guarantee the reliability of the whole distribution system automation and real-time.The paper studies the distribution of communication structure, provides the basis for the construction of the future construction of the distribution automation communication system.Through researching on the fault treatment, operation risk analysis/power supply reliability statistics application function, this paper improves the reliability of power supply of rural power grid and Dalian fast recovery ability, shorten the power failure time distribution line and improves user satisfaction. In general, Dalian rural power distribution automation system application has a practical significance and an inspiring instruction to power supply enterprises in Dalian Liaoning Province.
