Research On The Fusion Of Urban Complex And Urban Space Based On Intensive And Compactness Theory

This paper takes the rapid development of urbanization as the background ofthe research,and takes intensive and compactness as the angle of view,and takesthe fusion of urban complex and urban space as the object of research andanalysis.To study and analysis the fusion of urban complex and urban space in thetwo aspects of intensive and compactness through the method of actualinvestigation, questionnaire, analytic hierarchy process and literature inductive.The innovation of this paper is that to set up the index system which is closelyrelated with the intensive and compactness,and they were carried out on thecomparison and analysis of qualitative and quantitative,and quantify the indexfunction,and study urban complex in the urban space level.Through research and analysis:First,intensive and compactness are two important content to fusion of urbancomplex and urban space,it is determined by the city complex characteristicsand attributes.Second,from the macro level to micro each index are playing different roles toachieve the overall goal of the fusion of the two.In the second stage the targetlayer,compactness is more important than intensive relatively.In the third stagethe target layer,development intensity, mixed use, accessibility is located in theimportance of the top three.In the criterion layer,volume rate, function types,location is located in the importance of the top three.Third,the role of the same index is relatively independent to achieve differentgoals.For the realization of intensive and compactness,development intensityand mixed use in the third level of target layer and volume rate, building density,function types, the number of functional in the criterion layer are associatedwith the two goals,but the weight value of each of them in two aspects is not thesame.Fourth,through the empirical analysis of the cases,the results of analysis ofAHP in accessibility has some certain deviations from the actual situation.Thecause of deviation is the complicated road and traffic situation in the city.Thisrequires in actual design of buildings, roads, city space to a more reasonableplanning.Through the study of this paper,the obtained conclusion has the theoreticalsignificance in the aspects of the site selection and design of urbancomplex,urban space layout and city public management etc.
