RHIJ Basic Infrastructure Project EHS Management Research before ProductionWith Chinese Opening Reform and increasing development, a great amount of joint venture company start to build factories in China. Accompany with the enrichment of the law about EHS, It demands effectively management and available control in order to apply with the law about EHS and pass the final approval from related government bureau.But in the real situation, we get a lot of problems, unnecessarily delay and huge economic loss because of lack of systematic method of effective management and control of EHS during the whole process of the project.RHIJ (basic infrastructure project) has already entered the test production period. By using the PDCA method, a method to control EHS has been established based on a pre-production period and provided a guarantee to the accomplishment of the project during design and infrastructure period and also the approval of the EHS project. By the same time it also offered a great foundation of management during the production period.In this article, the EHS process control method has been established. The EHS management system combined by ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001has been founded. The content of approval of EHS project during each period has been confirmed.
