Low-voltage electrical apparatus is absolutely necessary part of industrial control automation system. In recent years, with rising of the level of industry automation equipment and speeding up of the development of industrial automation, the quantity demanded increases every year. Our Low-voltage electrical apparatus market (especially middle and high-end market) is changing from dependent on imported to designing by ourselves. In this background, importance of quality testing of low-voltage electrical apparatus is showing more and more, the traditional to artificially or simple mechanical primarily testing equipment has far cannot meet the huge numbers of current test market demand.This thesis bases on Siemens low-voltage electrical apparatus multiple testing system, first, introduces the general situation and market background of low-voltage electrical apparatus, demonstrated the significance and values of the low-voltage electrical apparatus multiple testing system. Followed, descript the testing project and related standard of low-voltage electrical apparatus, is the Basis for the implementation of the entire system. The third part specifies the design process of the low-voltage electrical apparatus multiple testing system from the electrical control circuit, the PLC and the HMI program, describes how to integrate a number of low-voltage electrical testing into a system with the high-current span and small volume, analysis the difficulties and the process of resolving in the process of the system designing. The fourth part describes the usage and the existing problems of the system, provide the reference and basis for future.
