The Research On Embedded Electrical Apparatus Safety Testing Platform

In view of information processor have used in PDA with Palm Platform in oversea, have researched on the information processor and RTOS software Platform with freedom software Linux; Based on electrical apparatus safety testing requirement about alternating current(AC) high voltage, direct current(DC) high voltage, strong power experiment and weak electronic experiment, research on the method about universal serial bus, testing basic electronic signal with instrument function module, standardizing basic instrument function module, So can connect with PDA machine.Implement standardization design and form hardware source about platform; which can join in automation testing system with bus or internet.The first part of the paper introduces the based technology about electrical apparatus safety testing platform, more excellence and necessity to build test platform. This paper advances a new instrument and meter general serial bus which is application in test platform, and standardize the bus' criterion, and discuss anti-interference and high-speed transfer about serial bus. The construct of testing platform is composed of the instrument main board and the instrument subordinate-board. The instrument main board can build with single-chip microcomputer system, embedded system or PC computer system, which can application in different field. The instrument subordinate-board is consisted of the instrument test-control board and the instrument strong power interface board. The article presents two boards with Ground Resistance Test, Insulation Resistance Test, Withstanding Voltage Test, Leakage Current Test, Power Test, and Low-Voltage Starting Test in detail. For testing circuit, the paper provides a new rational test plan and circuit map, which is can improve precision.The article discusses and improves upon the test platform source. 14V/25A constant current source which used in Ground Resistance Test is introduced in detail, and presents the figure of circuit principle, and analyze it, and calculate circuit parameter. 0.5~5KV high voltage which used in Withstanding Voltage Test adopt Self-Coupling regulator and power frequency increase voltage transformer. It can auto-adjust Voltage. And analyze the adjust process and adjust precision.The paper detailed introduce that the instrument main board build with Embedded Linux operating system, hardware designing adopts SC2410 microprocessor with ARM920T CPU core by Samsung. Peripheral equipments have SDRAM, Nand Flash, LCD, touch screen and RTC, which's the figure of circuit principle, is provided. It is propitious to expansion of system for enlarge Peripheral large memory, just which is soul to platform technology.
