With the development of automobile industry, processing growing waste tyre has become a worldwide problem. Premently, the main processing method is open dumps. Waste rubber tyre is uneasy to decompose and breed mosquito eseasily, so it caused the "black pollution". Waste rubber tyre simple material composite foundation technology is a new type of foundation treatment technology, wich has it own advantages. When it was applied in the roadbed, filling the waste rubber tyre with gravel, sand, construction waste aggregate to form a firm strengthen body, it could increase bearing capacity and good stability of the foundation, also it can absorb more energy when earthquake happened, so it has good seismic performance.It is a kind of new environmental protection foundation treatment method to recycling prototype waste rubber tires, wich accord with environmental protection requirement.When it was used in composite foundation, waste rubber tyre could constraint simple material pile, form hard solid, the lateral deformation of waste rubber tyre simple material enhancement body has compacting effect on the soft soil. The soil bearing potential of foundation is play and used fully and rationally. In addition, waste rubber tyre gravel pile has good permeability, it can form a good vertical drainage channels in the foundation, and gravel mattress layer can formed a good level drainage layer. The whole system can accelerate the consolidation of foundation soil, improve the bearing capacity of the foundation. Waste rubber tyre simple material composite foundation will be widely used in practical engineering, it will receive a good social benefits and economic benefits, and has good application prospect.In order to study some mechanics performance of the waste tire filled with material, in this article, waste tyre filled with some material axis compression test has conducted, and obtained that compressive strength of waste tyre filled with material mean in12mpa, far outweigh the bearing capacity required by subgrade. The elastic modulus of all kinds of different types of waste tyre filled with materials mean for800mpa, the elastic modulus of ordinary roadbed fill for20-80mpa. The elastic modulus of waste tyre filled with medium material is ten times than that of ordinary roadbed fill, and also it has good resistance to deformation ability.In order to study the hoop ability of the scrap tirel for the simple material,in this article,the central loading test of waste tyre filled with material has been conducted. Through the establishment of sand column model, and hoop ability of tire for simple material has been analysed, and with hoop modulus for evaluation. Hoop modulus of waste tyre for5000mp-8000mpa, far outweigh the confining simple provided by material pile composite foundation soil to pile.The analysis shows that, waste tyre filled with material has good compressive bearing capacity and compression resistance to deformation ability, waste tire has high hoop ability, suitable for waste rubber tyre simple material composite foundation.
