| Semi-rigid base is the main structure form of highway base course in China and it will always be used as a dominant base course in Chinese highway and general highway pavement structure for a long time in the future.However,there are many kinds of diseases,which seriously affects the performance of the pavement because of the choice of raw materials,different mix design,construction control and the environment and other factors.On the other hand,with the rapid development of urbanization and infrastructure construction in China,it’s amazing to see the number of construction waste and its rapid growth.The contradiction between the construction waste accumulation and the environment is gradually added.In present situation of the large number of new road construction needed for base materials,construction waste piled up like a mountain and high status of cement demand,based on the West Ham Nol Expressway Project,it will be the first time to put forward a new material mixed with waste clay brick and other industrial waste slag grinding and composite preparation of construction waste composite powder material,“Study on The Application of Construction Waste Composite Powder Materials in Semi-Rigid Base Materials" will be developed at the same time,This project has important theoretical significance and engineering application value,which is consistent with the sustainable development strategy of our country.In this paper,the adaptability of construction waste in semi-rigid base materials was analyzed according to the classification and technical features of construction waste first.And then the effect of cement content on mechanical properties,shrinkage performance and frost resistance of cement stabilized stone materials was studied.Deeply analyzes of its influence mechanism and 0ptimum content of construction waste composite powder material based on mechanical property and durability were given following the study.Test results showed that the main mechanical properties of cement stabilized crushed stone mixed with construction waste composite powder material could meet the requirements of road engineering on the bearing capacity of the basic level.At the same time,the properties of cement stabilized crushed stone materials could be improved by the incorporation of building waste composite powder materials.Therefore,it is feasible to use construction waste composite powder material instead of part of cement in cement stabilized crushed stone material.Indoor research results were carried out on the test road based on the West Ham Nol Expressway Project.Outdoor Results showed that cement stabilized crushed stone mixed with construction waste composite powder material has the feasibility of construction technology.The economic and social benefit analysis of cement stabilized crushed stone mixed with construction waste powder material showed that construction waste composite powder materials could reduce the cost of the project and the pollution caused by the land and the production of cement,which is occupied by the accumulation of construction waste.It would have remarkable economic,environmental and social benefits in the application of physical engineering.Thus,research has the positive significance on the durability improvement of cement stabilized gravel base material,making full use of construction waste,construction waste and alleviating the accumulation of cement production damage caused to the environment,... |
