Design Research Of Taishan Road Housing Complex In Jilin From The Urban View

The living standards of people have been improved with China’s urbanization and rapid development of economy, people begin to pay more attention to the quality of environment, not only comfortable, convenient, compatible and living in peace and contentment, but also the need of diversity for the modern personality and life style should be considered. However, modern residential development ignored its relationship with city, but more pursued with related closed space and facilities, creating what is called self-sufficient grail model, which split the relationship between residential community and city and make most of them lifeless.This thesis is based on the actual project in Jilin Tai Shan Road housing complex designed for the study of the background to start from the view of the city to study the settlements, proposed settlements designed as a function of living, with the commercial, leisure and entertainmentcomplex, hotels and other features, and as part of the urban landscape. Paper discussed the problem is how this landscape and urban environment better coordination, better reflect the cultural characteristics of the region, according to local conditions, looking for local historical context and living mode living complex organic blend in urban environment.Project orientation and overall strategy have been put forward through the analysis of regional condition and present situation and the basic design philosophy has been elaborated from the layout plan, space distribution and functional organization of Taishan Road Community together with the design solution on how to realize the harmonious coexistence with city.The layout plan of Tai Shan Road housing complex breaks the single-functional, strict-partitional, mechanical and rigescent structure mode of traditional modernism and keeps the urban function. Through the overall planning perspective to form a whole pattern with the surrounding area, through the open traffic organization and continuous greening system, mutual infiltrate and integrate with the urban functional space and connect with the natural environment organically.The space of Tai Shan Road housing complex form is not considered from their own integrity or uniqueness but from the urban environment to make full use of external natural resources. Through the visual contract, greening corridor to strengthen the space infiltration of residential area and natural landscape, through the flat form of mimetic orgnitu and facade form of perfect regional image to achieve the residential space form and coexistence harmoniously with urban landscape.Consider both functional organization and urban functions; take the public communication as the principle, through open functional organization mode and public facilities together with the open space in residential area to meet the need of all kinds of communication activities.The three papers constitute the main framework, but also solve the interaction between the key settlements and cities where. Thesis,Jilin Tai Shan Road residential complex design practice has a practical significance, at the same time explore a new type of settlement patterns.
